Can you install smart locks?
Yes — and we align the door and strike plate first so the new lock doesn't bind or refuse to throw, which is the most common complaint we hear about smart lock installs done in a hurry.
Will towel bars hold on tile or plaster?
We anchor into backing wherever we can find it, or set proper heavy-duty anchors when there isn't a stud in reach. A lot of old towel bars around here were originally hung on nothing but a cheap plastic sleeve in plaster, which is why they eventually come off the wall mid-towel.
Can you match spacing on a row of pulls?
Yes — we template the layout first so every knob or pull lines up, rather than eyeballing each one and hoping the last drawer matches the first.
What does hardware and fixture installation typically cost?
It's billed at $100/hour with a one-hour minimum, no trip fee. A handful of items — a few pulls, a towel bar, a lockset — usually fit inside that first hour if the layout is straightforward.
Should I just install this stuff myself?
